5. Free Estimates and Quotes

Our free quotes are provided at no cost and without obligation. By requesting a quote, you agree that:

• Bright West will contact you by phone, email, and/or SMS to arrange and prepare your quote
• You will provide accurate property information, and reasonable access to the property where a site visit is arranged
• A written quote will be provided once the property has been measured
• Most quotes are prepared from measurements taken without an appointment. A site visit is arranged with you where the property calls for it, for example larger elevations, awkward access, tree wrapping and commercial sites
• You are under no obligation to accept the quote
• A quote is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated, after which pricing may be revised based on current material and labour costs

6. Service Agreements

If you engage Bright West for lighting services, the specific terms of your project will be governed by a separate written service agreement or work order signed by both parties. In the event of any conflict between these Website Terms and your signed service agreement, the signed service agreement prevails.

7. The Free Roof Inspection

Every installation includes a free roof inspection, carried out by our crew while they are on your roof installing your lights, and followed by a written summary with photos.

• The inspection is a visual check of what the crew can safely see and reach during the installation, such as shingle condition, flashing, valleys and signs of ice dam risk
• It is not an engineering assessment, a home or insurance inspection, or a warranty, and it cannot detect problems hidden beneath the roof surface or inside the building
• It does not guarantee the condition of your roof
• There is no obligation to act on it. If you would like roofing work quoted as a result, that work is quoted and carried out separately by Sure West Roofing, under its own terms

8. SMS Communications

When you tick the consent box on our enquiry form and submit it, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Bright West Holiday Lighting related to your enquiry, including:

• Responses to form submissions
• Appointment reminders
• Project updates
• Quote confirmations

Some of these messages may be sent or managed by an automated assistant, and a member of our team may join the conversation at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law:
